Botanical Artistic Creations

Camp Description:

Summer is a time when everything is in full bloom, and the leaves are lush and green. This week, we're stepping out of the classroom to dive into the beauty of nature. Students will get hands-on experience collecting gorgeous flowers and plants, turning them into a set of vibrant plant color cards. We'll then use cool techniques like plaster printing and UV resin to capture the everlasting beauty of these plants. Mixing things up, we'll blend these methods to craft stunning plaster decorations and plates. And guess what? Students will get to unleash their creativity by putting together a one-of-a-kind artwork. Get ready for a week of nature-inspired fun!

夏天是一個萬物盎然、翠綠如茵的季節。本週我們將帶領學生走出教室，親身體驗大自然的美麗。學生將學習如何收集美麗的花朵和植物，並使用這些植物創作一系列的植物色卡。接著，我們將運用石膏印刷和UV樹脂來永久保存這些植物的美麗。我們將結合這兩種方法，創造出精美的石膏裝飾品和盤子。而且更令人興奮的是，學生將發揮創意，拼貼出一幅獨特而個人化的藝術品。準備好迎接一周大自然靈感滿滿的樂趣吧！

Camp Schedule & Fee:

Full Day Camp (Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm): $580 

(Registration Fee $80 + Camp Fee $500) / 1 Week 

  • Class Time: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 3 pm 

  • Additional Hours: 3 pm - 5 pm ($20 per hour)

  • All art materials are included

  • Lunch is not included. Please pack your lunch daily! Studio will offer light snacks.

What Campers Learn:

  • Botanical knowledge learning

  • Color of botanical learning

  • Casting skill 

  • Acrylic painting skill

  • Ability to collage the botanical to the painting

  • UV resin skill

  • Ability to use and combine different types of materials.

  • A presentation of Art Reflection (Public speech training)

  • A painting with botanical and color block

  • Botanical relief casting in Plaster 

  • A plaster-casting decor 

  • A tray made by UV resin botanical decor 

  • A botanical collage painting

  • A public presentation

Camp Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Camp Fee and Refund Policy: (Party B)

  • The website service fee is 3.5% and it’s not refundable (Including all reasons).

  • The camp Fee includes all materials and instructions.

  • The $80 registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made before 4/30 will be refunded 100%  (Registration fees not included).

  • Cancellations before 5/30 will be refunded 50% back  (Camp of June and registration fees are not included).

  • Non-refundable after May.

  • No credited offer for all missed classes during the COVID-19-related or other illness.

Cancellation Policy (Party A)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class that is canceled will be notified by phone or email. 

  • Classes cancellation 100% refund. (Registration fee included, 3.5% website service fee is not included)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to adjust the summer camp contents based on students' needs.​​
