Quartz Sand Decorative Painting

Camp Description:

Art isn't just about using regular paint; it's also about mixing different stuff to make cool art with texture. So, this week, we'll show students how to use quartz sand to create fun 3D art. We'll learn how to make food paintings look natural, like icing on a cake, by using quartz sand. We'll also make flower petals look real by adding quartz sand for texture. Plus, we'll use our art to decorate things like mirrors, flowerpots, and fridge magnets. It's about making art that's not just pretty but also useful in our everyday lives. Come join us and show off your unique style!

Camp Schedule & Fee:

Full Day Camp (Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm): $580 

(Registration Fee $80 + Camp Fee $500) / 1 Week 

  • Class Time: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 3 pm 

  • Additional Hours: 3 pm - 5 pm ($20 per hour)

  • All art materials are included

  • Lunch is not included. Please pack your lunch daily! Studio will offer light snacks.

What Campers Learn:

  • Quartz sand creates a 3D effect

  • Clay-making and blending skills

  • Texture making on painting skills

  • Acrylic painting skills

  • Ability to use and combine different types of materials.

  • A presentation of Art Reflection (Public speech training)

 

What Campers Create:

  • A quartz sand 3D food or flower painting creation.

  • A quartz sand painting with mirror creation

  • A set of quartz refrigerator magnets

  • A vase decorated by quartz sand painting

  • A public presentation

  • 1-week of instructions

  • 1- week different types of acrylic paint materials

Camp Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Camp Fee and Refund Policy: (Party B)

  • The website service fee is 3.5% and it’s not refundable (Including all reasons).

  • The camp Fee includes all materials and instructions.

  • The $80 registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made before 4/30 will be refunded 100%  (Registration fees not included).

  • Cancellations before 5/30 will be refunded 50% back  (Camp of June and registration fees are not included).

  • Non-refundable after May.

  • No credited offer for all missed classes during the COVID-19-related or other illness.

Cancellation Policy (Party A)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class that is canceled will be notified by phone or email. 

  • Classes cancellation 100% refund. (Registration fee included, 3.5% website service fee is not included)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to adjust the summer camp contents based on students' needs.​​
