Digital Character and Scene Design

Camp Description:

Every childhood cannot resist cartoons and comics. This week, we will teach you how to use professional drawing software and guide students step by step to create their own animated characters, and give them unique stories. Then we will use this series of characters to make stickers. At the end of the week, we will combine scene design with animation to create a complete cartoon.

At C.C. Arts & Crafts, all of our students become amazing CREATORS.

 

每一個小孩的成長過程都無法抗拒卡通與漫畫，這一週我們將教您使用專業繪畫軟體，ㄧ步ㄧ步帶領學生創建自己專屬的動畫角色，並賦予他們獨有的故事。接著將會沿用這ㄧ系列的角色製作專屬貼紙。最後與場景設計動畫結合，完整ㄧ部卡通動畫。

  • Only offers 12 spaces. (SOLD OUT)

  • Age limited is 6 years old and up.

  • If the participants do not reach 6 people, the studio will automatically refund. The website service fee does not include.

  • $500 deposit for studio facility - Ipad air and Apple Pen. Studio will fully refund when the term is over. We encourage students to bring their own.

Camp Schedule & Fee:

Full Day Camp (Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm): $550 

(Registration Fee $75 + Camp Fee $475) / 1 Week 

  • Class Time: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 3 pm 

  • Additional Hours: 3 pm - 5 pm ($20 per hour)

  • All art materials are included

  • Lunch is not included. Please pack your lunch daily! Studio will offer light snacks.

What Campers Learn:

  • Have a deep understanding of Procreate (Drawing app)

  • How to use photography and iPad drawing techniques to achieve their vision

  • The elements of design - Line, Shape, Color, Texture

  • How to create a character

  • How to create a set of character stickers

  • How to do a stage scene design

  • How to create an animated GIF 

  • How to combine the character with a stage scene to become an animation

  • A presentation of Art Reflection (Public speech training)

What Campers Create:

  • Digital illustration

  • A set of character design

  • A set of print-out character design stickers

  • A picture of the stage scene design

  • A print-out picture with the character and scene

  • A set of animation with the character and scene

For person:

Enroll for 1-week camp: $550  

Enroll for 2-week camps: $1070 Save up $30

Enroll for 3-week camps:  $1560 Save up $90

Camp Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Camp Fee and Refund Policy: (Party B)

  • The website service fee is not refundable (Including all reasons).

  • The camp Fee includes all materials and instructions.

  • The $75 registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations before 4/30 will refund 100% back ( Registration fees not included).

  • Cancellations before 5/30 will refund 50% back (Camp of June and registration fees are not included).

  • Non-refundable after May.

Cancellation Policy (Party A)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class, which is canceled, will be notified by phone or email. 

  • Classes cancellation 100% refund. (Registration fee included, the website service fee is not included)

  • C.C. Arts & Crafts Studio reserves the right to adjust the summer camp contents based on students' needs.

Covid Policy: (Party B)

  • The studio only offers onsite camp.

  • If the Federal, State, or Local government imposes a shelter-in-place order that limits the ability for camps to run, campers will receive prorated studio credits minus the registration fee for each camp. 

  • No credited offer for all missed classes during the Covid-19-related illness.
